Returns, exchanges and refunds

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. A non-defective item must be new and unused, with its original parts, accessories, and packaging.

Please email umibalipoxa60@gmail.com before mailing anything. We will review the request and provide the accurate return address after approval. Returns are made by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; if it is missing, contact support before sending the item. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After the returned item is received and approved, we will process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
